This hotel impressed me with its impeccable service from the staff, particularly Serhat and Mehmed, who were incredibly attentive and personable. I loved the variety and quality of food on offer, especially with the ever-changing themes in the restaurant. While the pool area provided a relaxing atmosphere, I think the entertainment programs could be better organized at times. Overall, a fantastic family-friendly experience with diverse recreational options, but improvements could be made in the evening entertainment scheduling.
